If You Smell Gas:

  1. 1.Turn off the gas supply at the meter (turn handle quarter turn)
  2. 2.Open all windows and doors
  3. 3.Do NOT use any electrical switches, phones, or create sparks
  4. 4.Call National Gas Emergency: 0800 111 999
  5. 5.Then call us to arrange repair once declared safe

For Other Emergencies:

  • • Turn off boiler at the control panel if safe to do so
  • • If leaking, turn off water supply and protect belongings
  • • Note any error codes showing on the boiler display
  • • Take photos if relevant to the problem
