All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are fixed and include all labour, materials, and VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any additional work required beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and agreed before proceeding.
Payment is due on completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and offer finance options through approved partners. A deposit may be required for larger installations.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of acceptance without giving any reason. This cooling-off period begins from the day after you accept our quote.
However, if you request that work begins within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the work is completed. If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be charged for any work carried out and materials supplied up to the point of cancellation.

We guarantee all workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. This covers any defects arising from our installation work. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or failure to maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that the site is safe for our engineers to work. We will notify you if site conditions require additional work or make the installation unsafe or impractical.
We will make every effort to protect your property during installation, but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that may be revealed during the course of our work.
We will make every reasonable effort to attend at the agreed time and complete work within the estimated timeframe. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen complications discovered during installation.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice where possible. Repeated cancellations may result in cancellation charges.
We carry full public liability insurance and are Gas Safe registered. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
All work is carried out in compliance with current Building Regulations and Gas Safety regulations. We will provide all necessary certification upon completion, including Building Control notification and Gas Safe certificates as applicable.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter directly, you may refer the dispute to an appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR. We will only use your data for providing our services and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our services (e.g., manufacturer warranty registration) or as required by law.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
